Specifications

What are the computer and software requirements?

• An internet connection.
• A recent internet browser (the program is at least compatible with Firefox 1.5 & 2, Internet Explorer 6 & 7 and Safari 2).
• A recent version of the Flash player (the latest version is easy to download).
  

What does the package comprise?

• Access to your Envirometer(s) until the end of next year, using a personalised login code.
• The initial subscription gives you access to one Envirometer. If your organisation works from multiple locations, you may want to take out an account comprising several Envirometers. You can then display the results for the various locations alongside one another.
• A sticker for the back of an Envirometer box file where you can store your annual surveys and the bills and other documentation used for input.
• Online help via the built-in help pages and access to the Envirometer help desk by e-mail (mail@stimular.nl) or telephone: +31 (0)10 – 238 28 28.
• A twice-yearly electronic newsletter with tips.

What does it cost?

• The Envirometer package costs € 181.00 (excl. VAT).
• This is an initial license, valid until the end of the calendar year.
• An extension of the main licence costs € 53.00 (excl. VAT) for each Envirometer (valid for the same period as the main licence).
• At the end of each calendar year the licence can be renewed for an annual fee of €53.00 (excl. VAT) for each Envirometer until notice of cancellation.

  

Cancellation / alteration of subscription

The initial Envirometer licence is valid until the end of the following calendar year, after which it is automatically renewed. You can cancel your subscription or extend it via the Envirometer’s built-in ‘subscription manager’. Cancellations for the following calendar year are to be made by 30 November at the latest.
